All tour package and transport bookings with The Bali Dream require full payment (100%) in advance, no later than 7 (seven) days before your arrival date (D-7).

Payment can only be made by bank transfer to the company's official account in the name of PT Sadawira Utama Wisata.

After paying, please send your proof of transfer to The Bali Dream team through our official contacts for verification. Your reservation is confirmed once payment has been received and verified and the booking details have been approved.

For your security, please make sure all payments are made only to the official PT Sadawira Utama Wisata account.

We recommend booking well before your travel date so we can prepare your preferred vehicle, driver, and tour services.

Under The Bali Dream's terms, all bookings must be paid in full (100%) no later than D-7 before your arrival date. So it's best to book early, especially during holiday seasons, weekends, and other busy periods.

The Bali Dream allows you to change your travel date (reschedule), provided the new date is within 3 (three) months of the original agreed travel date. Rescheduling must be confirmed with our team and depends on vehicle and service availability on the new date.

All confirmed bookings are non-refundable. If you cancel your trip, all payments made are forfeited and cannot be refunded.

These terms apply to cancellations requested by the customer, while still respecting consumer rights under applicable regulations.
